Question: What do you do at the university of Birmingham?

I am a senior lecturer, which means I teach students at university and I also do research. In terms of teaching I teach on topics related to type 2 diabetes (my research area) to students reading science and medicine. In terms of research I do bench work myself and also teach students in the lab by engaging them in my research work.
