      i think it is the challenge of trying to figure out stuff we do not really know. It is very satisfying to come up with an idea of how something works and then set out a way of figuring it all out.

      That is the interesting bit for me, also it is constantly changing and new things are discovered all the time that make you question your own work and how you do things

      On the one hand, I’m a huge genetics geek. I just find this stuff inherently interesting, for some reason.

      On the other hand, there’s this feeling of discovery, knowing something that maybe no-one else knows, even if it’s just a little thing, and the feeling of solving a tricky problem, even if might just be a problem that I have.

      I think that’s why, on a personal level, I’m interested in science.
