      Hey, great question, im not an expert on this topic but will try to answer for you.

      Basically when you get an allergic reaction to something your immune system makes antibodies that identify a particular allergen as harmful, even though it isn’t. Thic can be food, pollen, bee venom, even dust, apparently allergies are actually becoming more common, particularly in developed nations.
